Joinery and furniture has always been a passion of the director Charlie Hudson. He came from a 4th generation line of master carvers and furniture makers, having attended the national School of Furniture as well as 2nd generation line of Master Builders, having studied a Construction Management Masters.
With 14 years experience in both Interior and Construction. HDD Projects can create a 360, turn key package for any investor or private client. HDD projects can manage the whole process once land acquisition has been completed. Main Contractor, Project Manager, Design Management, Interior Design and Joinery Packages.

Charlie Hudson is a grafter with a passion for creating exceptional spaces that blend subtle architectural design features with strong sense of functionality in the home.
With a diverse background spanning construction management, furniture design, and project management, Charlie brings a unique blend of creativity and technical expertise to every project undertaken by HDD Projects.
Prior to founding HDD Projects, Charlie honed his skills and expertise through influential roles in the interior design and construction industry. His commitment to excellence and relentless pursuit of innovation have established HDD Projects as a premier property development firm dedicated to delivering unparalleled results for clients in London and Cornwall.
Charlies background spans from furniture manufacture, design and making through to project management in construction. Charlie studied at the national school of furniture before getting a degree in Furniture and Product Design at Nottingham Trent University. In his industry year he worked in Indonesia as a production and furniture manager in the furniture factories. Working closely with clients such as John Lewis, The White Company and Pottery Barn. He then left university and had roles as Trade Sales manager with Heals’ Trade, Working with the top Architects, Developers and Interior Designers in London.
He later made the transition into the main contractor world working his way up from construction manager through to project lead with the biggest design and build firms in commercial fit out – Thirdway and Maris Interiors. Alongside this he studied a Construction Management Masters and undertook several private residential fit outs including his own properties.
Charlie is now involved with his own developments in Cornwall and London, having just completed 3 plot development site with 2 further projects underway.
